Explore spaces for caravans, boats, trailers, RVs and motorhomes, plus container self storage. Check the dimensions and storage rules for your chosen space. Contact us about unusual sizes, business storage or your own shipping container.
Where can I see pricing and availability?+
Our online booking system shows current spaces and GST-inclusive rates. Your selected space, agreed price and payment schedule are displayed before you set up payment.
Is there a minimum storage term?+
Long-term rentals have a 90-day minimum term, with 14 days’ cancellation notice, subject to your agreement. Casual bookings are currently unavailable. Please read the full terms and conditions before booking.
How does gate access work?+
This is an unattended facility. Our team manually authorises gate access and sends your welcome instructions before arrival. Follow the instructions and access hours supplied for your booking; access is not automatically activated by saving a payment card.
Can I choose my entry date?+
Online bookings normally need 10 days’ lead time. Dates more than 30 days away require staff approval. Staff can arrange a different date by invitation, and you can request a date change before accepting an invitation.
Do I need my own insurance?+
Yes. You are responsible for insuring your stored goods or vehicle. Check your cover with your insurer and read the storage terms before making a booking.
How do I access my existing booking?+
Open the client portal. If you’ve lost your private link, request another using the email address on your booking. Check Junk or Spam if the email doesn’t appear.
